Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Orders
Orders can be placed online via our official website. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase goods under these Terms and Conditions.
 
2. Delivery & Fulfilment
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 working days of receipt. Made-to-measure or bespoke items may require up to 15 working days for processing.
Once dispatched, delivery is made throughout Europe within 3 working days.
The risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
 
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout before you confirm your order.
All shipments are sent via an express courier service.
All goods travel entirely at the customer's risk until delivered to you.
 
4. Insurance
Customers have the option to insure their shipment for an additional fee, starting from €5.

6. Discounts & Vouchers
Please refer to our separate Discount Voucher Regulations for full terms governing the use of promotional codes and vouchers.
 
7. Business Customers (B2B)
We offer tailored solutions for hotels, B&Bs, spas, and other businesses. Please contact our sales team directly to discuss your specific requirements.
 
8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
 
9. Effects of Withdrawal & Returns
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached. We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging. Any product with odours of smoke, perfume, or other substances will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
 
10. Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive faulty goods or products that are incorrect (wrong size, colour, or model), please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the cost of the return shipment. Your statutory rights are not affected.
 
11. Manufacturer's Warranty
Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from purchase. If a defect is found, the product will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. We will contact you with the evaluation outcome and next steps.
 
12. Refunds
Refunds for valid returns will be issued within 60 working days of us receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be for the value of the goods minus any original shipping costs.
For payments made by credit card, a 4% administrative fee will be deducted to cover transaction charges imposed by the card provider.
 
13. Refused Delivery
If you refuse a delivery at the point of receipt, you will be refunded the cost of the goods minus the original outbound shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of processing the return.
 
14. Disclaimer of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SELLER OR MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
 
15. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, terrorist attack, industrial disputes, fire, flood, storm, pandemics, and acts of government or regulatory authorities.
 
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law.
