The order is processed once payment is received via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. Cash on delivery orders are processed upon receipt.
Orders are usually processed within 7 days of receipt, with 15 days for oversized products. Delivery is made throughout Italy within 3 business days of shipment.
If payment is made via bank transfer or current account, a few additional days are required for payment confirmation.
During holidays, shipments may be subject to delays beyond Elite Sas's control. Elite Sas is committed to shipping the goods within the timeframes listed above; the recipient is responsible for all risks associated with courier shipments.
