DISCOUNT COUPON ALLOCATION
- For subscribing to the Bioallergen newsletter program, you will receive a €10.00 discount coupon.
- For leaving a review on the products you have purchased, you will receive a €10.00 discount coupon.
After every order placed on this website, you will receive a discount coupon if you leave a review on at least one of the products purchased.
- For every order placed, you will receive a discount coupon based on the order amount.
For orders from €0.00 to €200.00, a discount coupon equal to 5% of the total amount is available. For orders from €200.01 to €300.00, a discount coupon equal to 7% of the total amount is available. For orders over €300.01, a discount coupon equal to 10% of the total amount is available.
E.g., for an order value of €350.00, a discount coupon equal to €35.00 is available.
- Promotions may be activated throughout the year that will entitle registered users to a discount coupon.
USING DISCOUNT COUPONS
Discount coupons can be combined.
The total value of accumulated discount coupons can be viewed by each user by logging into their account.
Accumulated discount coupons can be used for each purchase up to a maximum discount of 20% on the order amount, net of additional costs (shipping, cash on delivery, insurance, etc.).
Unused discount coupons will remain in the user's possession and can be combined with other accrued discount coupons.
VALIDITY PERIOD
The loyalty program has been active since November 15, 2014. Actions performed prior to that date will not be eligible for discount coupons.
Discount coupons will be valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date of issue.
When a new discount coupon is issued (e.g., placing a new order), the new amount will be added to the existing amount, and the validity of the total discount coupons will be extended for an additional 180 days.
OWNERSHIP
Discount vouchers are not transferable to other users or accounts.
Failure to use discount vouchers as indicated and within their validity period will result in their forfeiture.
Canceling your account on the www.bioallergen.com website will result in the immediate forfeiture of any associated discount vouchers.
Discount vouchers are not intended to be cash, but rather a means of obtaining discounts on orders placed on this website. Therefore, no financial compensation of any kind may be requested for any reason, even during the validity period of the discount vouchers, by the holders of accounts registered on the website.
CHANGES
Bioallergen Srl reserves the right to modify, even partially, or suspend, at any time, the terms and other provisions of this Loyalty Program, posting such changes on its website.
