House sanitation is the cornerstone of prophylaxis. In the absence of radical interventions in the home environment, drug and hyposensitizing (vaccine) therapies may also fail.
Recent publications by the American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology, on the effectiveness of measures to control exposure to dust mites, confirm the possibility of obtaining a reduction in the symptoms of allergic rhinitis through the synergy of multiple interventions that have as their common objective the reduction of the concentration of allergens in the environment.
A single prevention measure, such as the use of anti-mite covers, even if it reduces the presence of allergens, is not sufficient to guarantee beneficial effects on allergic symptoms (A.A.A.I. 2013).
These recommendations have also been included in the guidelines of Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Atshma (A.R.I.A. 2014*).
Allergy Friendly Home is a natural and ecological prophylaxis system, which through a series of combined actions is able to significantly reduce the presence of microorganisms and allergens (mites, pollen, mold, biological and chemical contaminants) present in the air, in the bed system, in fabrics and on all surfaces of the house.
The result will be an “Allergy friendly” home in which you can appreciate the cleanliness of the furnishings, the purity of the air, the pleasure of better sleep and live safely in your home environment.
* A.R.I.A. is an initiative supported by the World Health Organization that aims to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of rhinitis in order to prevent the onset of asthma.
