Point-Of-Care for the determination of specific human IgE

AESKUCARE® Allergy is ideal for healthcare professionals to screen for allergies in patients during a simple visit. AESKUCARE® Allergy results are semi-quantitative.

The 5-level visual interpretation allows the classification of allergy results into the respective sensitization classes.

  • Comprehensive in-vitro IgE screening for 25−35 allergens simultaneously
  • Requires 2−3 drops of capillary blood (200 μl) from the fingertip or earlobe (venous blood or serum/plasma can also be used)
  • Results within 30 minutes – readable to the naked eye
  • No additional instrumentation required

The kit contains all the necessary equipment – ​​including lancet, capillary collection system, tests and reagents
Tests for various food and inhalant allergies – various types of panels available
AESKUCARE® Allergy is also ideal for testing as a safe alternative to common testing methods which may cause anaphylactic shock and are not suitable for e.g. for pregnant women, children, patients with acute skin conditions or those taking antihistamines.

AESKUCARE® Allergy ONE - Atopy
is a semi-quantitative in vitro enzyme immunoassay for the determination of allergen-specific human IgE antibodies against 20 allergens and mixtures of allergens in heparinized or Na-EDTA blood; venous or capillary blood; plasma or serum.

The test is intended to be an assistive tool for comprehensive first-line in vitro allergy diagnostics in conjunction with other clinical findings and should be performed by healthcare professionals experienced in the use of in vitro diagnostic methods.
