Mattress Structure

Che cosa si intende per “Dispositivo Medico” ?
Secondo la definizione contenuta nel decreto legislativo n. 46 del 1997, recepimento in Italia della Direttiva CEE 93/42, un dispositivo medico è:
usato da solo o in combinazione, compreso il software informatico impiegato per il corretto funzionamento, e destinato dal fabbricante ad essere impiegato nell’uomo a scopo di:
purché non eserciti l’azione principale nel o sul corpo umano, cui è destinato, con mezzi farmacologici o immunologici, né mediante processo metabolico, ma la cui funzione possa essere coadiuvata da tali mezzi.
Quali garanzie implica la marcatura CE dei dispositivi medici?
Tale marcatura dimostra la conformità ai requisiti essenziali del D.Lgs. 46/97 (attuazione della direttiva comunitaria 93/42/CEE) per i dispositivi medici ed è pertanto una certificazione di prodotto che ne garantisce:
L’acquisto di un dispositivo medico di Classe 1 permette agli aventi diritto di beneficiare della detrazione di imposta per spese sanitarie (art. 15 comma 1, lettera C del TUIR e risoluzione dell’Agenzia delle Entrate n°253 del 29/09/2009).
